Valentines Day Gifts

Feeling Romantic?

We all have a romantic side to us and let’s be honest, isn’t it nice the excitement you feel when you have organised something special for a partner, friend or secret lover. Whether it’s a surprise dinner, bunch of roses, quality chocolates or Romantic Hamper; it makes you feel good inside knowing they are going to love your thoughtful gift.

Valentines Day falls on a Sunday this year, for florists it means we will be busy delivering Valentines Day Roses whilst couples around the country enjoy their breakfast in bed. There’s been discussions around many offices about the fact that Valentines falls on a Sunday. It can make things a little more tricky and may not have the same impact as when the Romantic Day falls on a weekday, when sending gifts or flowers to their workplace seems so much more fun.

If planning your Roses or Valentines Hamper to be delivered on Sunday there are things you may like to consider!

  • Will they be home?
  • How do you check to see if they will be at home without looking suss,
  • Do you even have their home address?
  • If you already live with the person will it have the same impact if a delivery arrives and you are there?

If you think a Sunday delivery may not work for you we’ve thought of the PERFECT WAY to get around this.

It will still give the effect you want, if not better.

“Send your Valentines Day Hamper “before” the weekend and word your greeting card in a way so that the gift is to be enjoyed by them or for you both over the Romantic Weekend! It could almost be like setting up a Romantic Date!

For Example:

  • You could send a bunch of roses to their work, match it with some chocolates & wine & suggest you both enjoy it over the Romantic weekend.
  • You could heat things up a little and send our Lover’s Spa Kit or 12 Romantic Dates Hamper and suggest you spend the whole weekend together.
  • How about our Ultimate Chef Hamper and write on the greeting card that you’ll be there at 6pm Sunday the 14th to cook them dinner.
  • Or what about our Elegance Moet & Chandon Hamper and offer a quiet night on the couch.

Sending your gift beforehand and writing the appropriate message on your card will have them looking forward to the Romantic Event for days!!! AND if they receive it at work, think of how envious their work colleagues will be.

 ”BIG IMPACT”

If you are comfortable sending your Valentines Day Roses on the day then be sure to place your order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

If you wish to send your flowers or gift basket before the big day and have them envied at work then visit www.bouquetsandbaskets.com.au for a full range. We can custom make to suit your Valentine.
